You Are Inspiring

Sure, we take care of loans, but we also love to get to know our clients and are often inspired by the things they’ve been through and the integrity they show in their lives. Each time we interact with you, we want you to be able to say that you’re better off as a result. That is our main goal and the motivation behind everything we do each day!
You Are Unique

You Are Enough

We are not in this business for the money. At Community Credit Line, our focus is on the awesome clients we get to serve! Our relationship managers love to know what you’re interested in, what you like to do, and what you’re grateful for. We even try to remember your birthday too!

WHY COMMUNITY CREDIT LINE

Community Credit Line is not exclusively about loans; our focus is really on the people we serve. We believe that if we take care of our customers, our customers will take care of us.

In an industry where personal connections are virtually nonexistent, Community Credit Line provides you with a relationship manager who is responsible for handling all aspects of your account. Aside from making sure our clients get the money they need, the main responsibility of our relationship managers is to help our clients remember how amazing they are as individuals. We feel so honored to have the clients we do and we look forward to serving you!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q.
Are you like other short-term lenders that claim to help their clients but in reality treat them like garbage?

a. No! We are the opposite of any other short-term loan lender you’ve ever worked with! If that sounds too good to be true, read through the following questions and answers to see for yourself.

Q.
Do you offer a grace period between the time I take out my loan and the first payment due date?

a. Because we understand that funds are often tight, we offer a generous grace period from the time you take out a loan with us until the first payment is due. Our average initial grace period is 23 days.

Q.
If I have a payment due and I need a little bit more time, can we work something out?

a. Absolutely. Because we appreciate how conscientious our clients are about being financially responsible, we will always work with you. If your payment due date is approaching and you know you’re going to need another day or two to get your ducks in a row, please don’t hesitate to call us! We will adjust your account and give you an extra 3-business-days grace period to make your payment on time.

Q.
Do you charge late fees or return check fees?

a. No! We do not charge any late fees. Nobody loves to have a payment bounce and the last thing we want to do is make things worse. Our goal is to help our clients get back on their feet without slamming them with additional fees.

Q.
What happens if I can’t make a payment?

a. No problem! We offer several extensions over the life of a loan and payment plan options as well. We love our clients and want to help you out in any way that we can! If you can’t make a payment, call in and talk with your relationship manager and we’ll be sure to get you taken care of.

Q.
If I forego a payment, do you require a double payment to make up what I missed?

a. No. This is why we offer extensions to our clients. There are no late fees and no double payment is required. We understand that things come up and we appreciate our clients’ honesty when they call in to let us know what is going on. Because of your excellent repayment history, we are always willing to work with you.
